The Beginning

This is the beginning of our Church's online presence besides our Social Media platforms.

A little about our Church. Mount Pleasant United Missionary Baptist Church (Mount Pleasant Baptist for short, or MPBC for even shorter) is a small 3 row, green roof, red and wooden interior Church. We live for Christ, and put our Romans 12:1 to use. Yes we're a Church full of sinners, but the Church itself was built off of sinners who put their faith, trust and hope into our Savior Jesus Christ. We encourage you to do the same.

Our Church is currently undergoing works that can only be done by God. While God is working in the Church, we can see him working in our lives as well, and we pray that he's working in yours.

MPBC reads exclusively out of the King James Version of the Holy Bible. Scripture is meant to have a personal meaning, untranslated from it's original meaning and text. If any feeling, connection or if new translations leave out scripture or contradict itself, that is not the true word of God. Revelation 22:19

If you, someone you know, or someone you haven't talked to in a while, needs the Holy Spirit, the love of the Son, and the mercy of the Father, please let them know their lives can change in an instant with Jesus. Humans are born sinners and cannot save each other from eternal separation from God and eternal punishment. Only God can save us, and only God can do true, just judgement on the human. Your life can change instantly with God in your heart.
